Workshop agenda:
- Introduction to entrepreneurship, mindset change from hobby to trading business.
- Business basics, identifying target audiences, and basic marketing.
- Financial management, product/service mix, pricing, cost considerations.
- Sales order processing, transaction handling, statutory obligations (tax, Centrelink reporting)

Stakeholder Collaboration
CBS will coordinate a working group that includes Traditional Owners, government agencies, and private organisations to support small business development in Aurukun.
Small Business Exploration Workshop
A practical, multi-faceted workshop will introduce 20-30 participants to entrepreneurship, business basics, and financial management, targeting 3-6 individuals interested in further mentorship.
Small Business Mentoring
Participants will receive monthly face-to-face mentoring sessions on-country, with additional online check-ins to ensure ongoing support and business growth.
